Celldex Therapeutics to Report Second Quarter 2010 Financial Results on August 4, 2010
NEEDHAM, Mass., Jul 29, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) will release its second
quarter 2010 financial results before U.S. financial markets open
on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Celldex executives will host a conference
call at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on the same day to provide an update on
anticipated research and development and business objectives for 2010.
Linda T. Vahdat, M.D., Director of the Breast Cancer Research Program
and Professor of Medicine at Weill Medical College of Cornell
University, will join the call. Dr. Vahdat is a leading investigator in
the development of new therapies for breast cancer and was an important
leader in Celldex's Phase 1/2 study of CDX-011 in advanced breast cancer.

Celldex Therapeutics Presents New Clinical Data from Phase 2 Study of CDX-011 in Metastatic Melanoma at 46th Annual ASCO Meeting
CHICAGO, Jun 07, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) today announced the
presentation of promising clinical data on CDX-011 in metastatic
melanoma at the 46th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical
Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago, Illinois. The Phase 2 study has met its
primary endpoint and the results support additional studies in this
indication. CDX-011 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in Phase 2
development for the treatment of melanoma and advanced breast cancer. In
addition, in a separate presentation today at ASCO, the Company
presented the study design for its recently initiated Phase 2 trial of
CDX-1307 in bladder cancer. CDX-1307 is an antibody-based cancer vaccine
candidate and is being evaluated as a treatment for bladder cancer.

Interim Positive Results From Phase 2b Brain Cancer Study With Rindopepimut (PF-04948568 or CDX-110) Presented at 46th Annual ASCO Meeting

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) today announced that interim
results from a Phase 2b study evaluating rindopepimut (formerly
PF-04948568 or CDX-110) in newly-diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM)
patients were presented at the 46th Annual Meeting of the American
Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). Rindopepimut, an investigational
immunotherapeutic vaccine that targets the tumor-specific molecule
epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII), was developed
by Celldex Therapeutics and is licensed to Pfizer.
